Web Doctor actually is not a weird job title, it is almost a canonical title of an apocryphal job, assuming that there still are more crucial things to do than development. From my experience, it should – or at least could – be the job title for most so called Web Developers, yet for some developers when they’re doing design stuff or stuffing code.
The internet industry at this point was still in its infancy and I was happy to be offered this position in what was at that time in the year 2003, most well known profession. In this role I performed a huge range of tasks including the creative, design, development, integration and production of web applications, as well as setting up in-house web servers, Hosting Management, Domain management, SEO activities and other related technical works.
I have around fourteen plus years’ of experience managing highly skilled teams of professional in collaborative research and development, software development, web apps, E commerce apps development for national and international clients across the globe. My expertise covers Software development management, Project Management, Product Management, Project Architecture, Business System Analyst, and Technology consultancy etc. I have expertise on driving the business direction by interfacing between the business and the development team, gaining a clear understanding of the commercial aspects of the business and translate them into requirements.
I have extensive experience across software development, for the last 7 years I was practicing projects management utilizing Agile (Scrum) Methodologies. My focus has always been to realize advanced technology solutions to real world problems. I helped to coordinate Business Warehouse architectural activities including technology requirements, Business intelligence reporting and framework development, integration development, Re-engineering, conceptual and physical modeling and delivery in a timely manner for mid-size to large scale projects. I have experience on Business Proposal creation, compiling and demonstrating in producing highly detailed business requirements documents and functional Requirements, SRS, Technical Documentation, Business Case, High level Process Flow Diagrams, Wireframes, Use-Case breakdown, Product Backlogs, and responsible for R&D as well as process and change management. For the last 9 years, I have exposed on tracking down of Project status, competitive Timeline and project costing in a cost effective manner.
I have also worked with teams of different department, e.g. Accounts, Finance, HR, Event Management etc. to help them making decision or to support them for different activities like, getting the best resource through resource planning, SOFTEXPO preparation, sorting out client based financial discrepancies etc. Over the last fourteen years I have played several roles, such as Project Manager, Software Development Manager, Sr. Technical Consultant, Architect, Technical Lead, Sr. Software Engineer, Software Engineer, and IT Researcher.
In My career I have successfully worked with different clients from different part of the world: USA, UK, South Africa, Australia, Dubai, CA, India, and Bangladesh and supporting activities for many other countries.
