ACTIVITIES:	Purpose of the project is to develop an eCommerce web application for http://mtgtopdeck.com/. This website will sell game cards for Magic The Gathering strategy game. There will be online order and payment system. Need to load more than 50,000 card data sets already provided by client.Based on the requirement and prospective analysis we had planned to use an ecommerce based framework Prestashop. Prestashop is an ecommerce based solution with all general ecommerce features like online showcasing the products, customer can add multiple cards in a shopping card, Online payment processing, tracking the order status etc. Administrator can make an entry of unlimited numbers of product category, products based on product category, detail information of products, its pricing for wholesale and retail, different size of product image, setting individual tax based on product category, location, setup shipping cost, shipment tracking and so on. There were many other features included with the system. As a project manager I was involved on managing the overall project goal by following agile distributed method, resource planning, sprint planning, Task assignment, communicating with client. Doing R&D on proposed solution. Organizing daily scrum. Sprint review meeting after completion of a sprint, backlog review, weekly updating client with status report etc. As an Architect I was involved in providing architecture plan, suggested prestashop as a cost effective solution. Providing architecture guidelines, layout review and guidelines, discussion on logical road maps of tasks and so on. Analysis and architecture plan for large scale data to be loaded in the System. Also Involved in overall deployment of the project on the hosting server. On July 2012 we have successfully delivered the solution after fixing the listed issues by client. The overall feedback of the client was positive.
