ACTIVITIES: Client was Australian Police department, the scope of this project was to automate ALIV police clearance report processing, word document generation and PDF generation and distribution of course certificates to participants. Dynamically generating police clearance form etc.As a project manager I was involved on managing the overall project goal by following agile methodologies, sprint planning, Task assignment, communicating with client. Organizing daily scrum. Sprint review meeting after completion of a sprint, backlog review, weekly updating client with status report etc.

We have successfully completed the tasks which were defined at the time of requirement analysis. Client have contract for five years for further development and maintenance.
